- Financial / application information: loan request details, purpose, repayment preferences, and supporting statements where applicable.
- Contact information: phone number, email address.
- Customer support: messages you send to support, attachments, and call/chat records where applicable.

- Device and app data: device model, OS version, app version, language, time zone.
- Log data: IP address, crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data.
C) Optional information (only if you enable it)
- Location: approximate location may be used for fraud prevention or compliance (if requested and you grant permission).
