Account Deletion
Users of the FFC app can request deletion of their account and associated data.
How to request deletion
- Send an email from your registered email address to it@al-oula.iq
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- Include your registered phone number used in the app
Data that will be deleted
- User profile information
- Login credentials
- Application data (where applicable)
Data that may be retained
- Financial/transaction records required by law
- KYC and compliance records as required by applicable regulations
